Jemboss is being developed at the HGMP-RC. The software is free and is part of the EMBOSS distribution

Instructions to Start Using Jemboss

  • When you use Jemboss for the first time, you need to ensure you have Java Web Start for this to work   [Download this for Windows or Unix]. Click here if you are using a MacOS X.
     
  • Click here to LAUNCH JEMBOSS

    • It will spend some time retrieving files from the local server.
    Subsequent launches will then be much faster.
